2026 Lesson Rate

• Effective January 1, 2026, lesson rates will be $38 per 20 minutes of lesson time. Off-ice harness lessons will be $15 per 10 minute lesson.

Payment Methods

• I accept personal checks and electronic payments via Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. My cell phone (770-310-3472) and email (coacharen@gmail.com) are linked to each of these payment apps.

• All payments should include a note indicating Students name and lesson date(s). This will avoid confusion when reconciling your account status.

Payment Frequency

• Lesson payments are to be paid by the end of each week. If you prefer to send payment on a different time schedule, please contact me.

Cancellations

• Lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time require payment.

• Cancellations should only be made through my Appointment Calendar. If you are unable to cancel via the Appointment Calendar, then you are within the 24 hour cancellation time-frame and you are responsible for payment.

• Please cancel via text in emergency only.

My Website

• All skaters who are actively taking lessons should be using the Appointment Calendar.

• You will use your cell phone number to log in and access your account.

• Here you will find your current lesson schedule and additional time slots available.

• This is also where you will cancel any upcoming lessons that you are unable to attend.

• If you need any assistance learning how to use the calendar, I will gladly assist you.
